DevPro Guarantee Limited is an independent not-for-profit organization with the vision of ‘A just world where development is in service of equality’. Its Registration No: GL00249365, dated Dec.01 2021. DevPro was formed building on over 30 years-long delivery and legacy of Oxfam in Sri Lanka (OiSL).  It aims to be an actor recognized for bringing innovation and leadership to Inclusive Economic Development.  DevPro’s areas of work are Agriculture, Climate Resilience, Skills and Development Education, Water and Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH), Handicrafts and Tourism.  

As a value-driven company, DevPro strives to remain competitive by being efficient and client-focused, while maintaining its core values, professionalism, and accountability.  DevPro’s program is to be a mix of engagements consisting of Direct delivery, Consultancies, Brokering and Facilitation, and Investments.
