OXFAM Great Britian, with the facilitation support of DevPro, Kickstarted a 4 Day Training of Trainers workshop on Gender Transformation and Safe Programming Toolkit in Colombo.
The workshop brings together programme practitioners of OXFAM country offices and partner agencies in Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Myanmar, Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia, India and UK to discuss and familiarize themselves on safe programming approaches, links to gender-based violence, gender transformation analysis as well to develop strategies for transformative change.
