Bojan is an international development leader with 20+ years’ experience designing and delivering high-impact, system-level programmes across the Middle East, South and Central Asia, East and Central Africa, the South Caucasus and the Balkans. He currently serves as Country Manager and Team Leader for Helvetas in Moldova, leading OPTIM (Opportunities through Technologies and Innovation) project to strengthen market systems, accelerate digital transformation, boost agri-food competitiveness and expand access to finance for SMEs. Bojan’s work blends rigorous, evidence-based analysis with pragmatic execution—shaping policy through public–private dialogue, building high-performing local teams, and forging partnerships with government, institutional donors, UN agencies, IFIs, foundations and the private sector. Bojan holds a degree in sociology and is a Certified Expert in ESG & Impact Investing. He has completed extensive trainings in business management, market system development, women’s empowerment and human rights. Beyond work, he is a proud husband and father.

Chamindry is a transformational leader with 20+ years of experience in complex multi-stakeholder assignments on sustainable development, governance, policy, institution and enterprise development, anti-corruption and human rights. Her multi-faceted career spans several national and international agencies such as the Government of Sri Lanka, United Nations, Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, Helvetas, Save the Children, Centre for Policy Analysis, International Centre for Ethnic Studies etc. From 2020 to 2025, she served as the Director General of the Sustainable Development Council of Sri Lanka and led national efforts on SDG-based policy and planning, budgeting, financing, monitoring and evaluation. She has represented Sri Lanka in many international forums on Sustainable Development including presenting Sri Lanka’s Second Voluntary National Review on SDGs at the UN High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development in New York in 2022. During 2023-2024, she spearheaded the formulation of a National Strategy to Promote Inclusive and Sustainable Businesses to achieve the SDGs in Sri Lanka. Chamindry has also served on several government and parliamentary advisory committees including the Working Group on SDGs of the Ministry of Foreign Relations (2020), the Panel of Advisors to the Constitutional Assembly of the Parliament of Sri Lanka (2016-2018), the Governing Council of the Youth Corps in Sri Lanka (2005-2006) and as a Legal Consultant to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Electoral Reforms (2003-2004). An Attorney-at-Law by profession, Chamindry possesses a multidisciplinary educational background in economics, law and international development. She is currently reading for a PhD in Development Studies (Colombo), and holds a Master’s in Development Studies (Geneva), an LLM in International Trade Law (Wales), a LLB (Colombo) and BA (Hons) in Economics (Delhi). She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Federalism, Decentralization and Conflict Resolution (Fribourg). She has received extensive professional training in sustainable/ climate finance, green business development, PCM tools, conflict sensitive programming, M&E etc and is an alumna of the International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) of the United States Department of State
