As part of the GCF Knuckles Project, DevPro is currently providing technical advisory support to the National Enterprise Development Authority (NEDA) on developing practical and implementable shared infrastructure models to strengthen climate-resilient enterprise development in the Knuckles Region.
The proposed infrastructure models are designed with a strong focus on sustainability, innovation, and long-term impact. These recommendations include technical design considerations, environmental and social safeguards, digital integration strategies, and investment planning approaches, with particular emphasis on ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐โ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐ฌ) as a pathway for sustainable and efficient management.
To ensure that these models are well aligned with Sri Lankaโs national priorities and policy directions related to the digital economy and PPPs, DevPro conducted a series of high-level stakeholder consultations with national policymakers and key institutions.
