Our team is in the field facilitating dynamic discussions with women entrepreneurs and key stakeholders working to strengthen women-led businesses and create a more supportive and inclusive market environment.

Through open dialogue and shared experiences, we are exploring the real challenges women entrepreneurs face, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing how the broader ecosystem can better support their success. The findings contribute to a Project to Promote Economic Justice for Women implemented by Chrysalis.

The discussions are taking place in Nuwara Eliya, Monaragala, and Kilinochchi districts.
