The Training of Trainers (ToT) was conducted with DevPro’s support to roll out the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 (𝐈𝐋𝐎) 𝐖𝐄-𝐑 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞. It strengthened the capacity of 𝟑𝟎 government officers and SMEs with the knowledge and facilitation skills to reach women entrepreneurs across the districts.
Yesterday, the programme rollout commenced simultaneously in 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐫 and 𝐕𝐚𝐯𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐲𝐚, with 𝟔𝟎 women entrepreneurs participating in the first sessions. The rollout will continue across the districts, with the ultimate goal of reaching 𝟔𝟎𝟎 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 through the WE-R modules.
