We are pleased to collaborate with DVV International Sri Lanka providing technical support in facilitating the co-design of a Systems Building Approach for Adult Learning and Education (ALE) in Sri Lanka.
This week, our team members are working alongside DVV international team, senior officials from key government institutions, including the Department of Agriculture, Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, and other national stakeholders to collaboratively design a systems-building approach that strengthens the responsiveness, effectiveness, inclusiveness, and sustainability of the Adult Learning and Education ecosystem.
The assignment focuses on:
- Strengthening the Adult Learning and Education ecosystem through a systems-building approach.
- Identifying institutional roles, partnerships, and coordination mechanisms to enhance system performance.
- Developing practical and sustainable pathways to strengthen lifelong learning, skills development, entrepreneurship, and decent livelihood opportunities.
